Eclectic world of design by Ana Cvejic -Idea Boutique- presents new project in interior design - magical blue basement, framed with four artworks, one-of-a-kind, Ego Wallpapers.The brief was to redesign the existing basement of Cross Caffe Belgrade restaurant and create an unexpected space that will provoque guests to step down. Narrow stairs and cramped space did not offer much freedom in the intervention, however the designer opted for bright colors and unusual graphics that will attract attention.The project resulted in a vibrant Majorelle blue space filled with playful fuchsia steps, black and white tiles and grass moments that bring the freshness into dark space.First contact is with Art deco mirrors, neon industrial metal steps and playful light balls that are just the entrance to this visual fairy tale.The Ego Wallpapers, custom made artworks with embossing printing techniques are integrated into the space and designed with purpose of making an optical illusion of stylish salon and Mediterranean garden that in fact does not exist. Instead of going down into the dark, you enter a cactus garden with a corner for sitting and taking selfie.An even bigger turn is in the toilet cubicles, with two more Ego Wallpapers, presenting giant exotic parrots holding extended mirrors in their beaks.Toucan or Cockatoo is up to you!

International award-winning creative in the field of art, advertising & accessories design, born in Belgrade. Founder of Ana Cvejic –idea boutique- studio and Ego Ballerina brand. Graduate graphic designer with diverse experience in design and advertising. She has been working 10 years as an Art Director and Copywriter at agency New Moment New Ideas Company, Y&R, created for many domestic clients as well as international companies. Ana’s shoes were chosen in the Top 10 Cinderthriller worldwide contest by the greatest contemporary fashion icons Anna Dello Russo and they are also in the collections at the Virtual Shoes Museum. Ana took part in Belgrade Design Week and Belgrade Fashion Week several times. Currently Ana Cvejic -idea boutique- works as an independent multidisciplinary design studio specializing in art, advertising, interior, graphic & fashion design… Welcome to my fairy tale!
